Welcome to The Cosmic Return. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and any services offered by The Cosmic Return. By accessing this website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

The Cosmic Return provides services including, but not limited to:

• Energy Healing

• Spiritual Life Coaching

• Hypnotherapy

• Birth Chart Readings

• Digital resources and educational content

• Future workshops, memberships, and courses

Services are intended to support personal growth, self-awareness, and spiritual development.

2. Eligibility

Clients must be at least 18 years of age to purchase services unless written consent is provided by a parent or legal guardian for a minor.

3. Booking & Payment

Payment in full is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment.

Appointments are confirmed only after payment has been successfully processed.

Accepted payment methods are those offered through the website at checkout.

4. Session Information

Unless otherwise stated:

• All sessions are approximately 50 minutes.

• Sessions are conducted remotely via Zoom or telephone.

• Clients are responsible for joining on time and ensuring they have a quiet, private space with a stable internet or phone connection.

Energy Healing Sessions

Remote Energy Healing sessions are completed at the scheduled appointment time without the client needing to be physically present.

Following the session, clients receive a personalized voice recording summarizing intuitive insights, energetic themes, and recommendations that emerged during the healing.

5. Coaching Packages

Package sessions are intended for use by the original purchaser only and may not be transferred to another individual.

Packages include WhatsApp support between scheduled weekly sessions, as described at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, package sessions expire 12 months from the original purchase date.

Unused sessions after the expiration date are forfeited.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule an appointment with at least 24 hours' notice.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are considered forfeited.

No-shows are considered completed sessions.

If The Cosmic Return must reschedule due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, every reasonable effort will be made to arrange a new appointment promptly.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of services:

• All sales are final.

• Refunds are not provided for completed sessions.

• Coaching packages are non-refundable.

• Missed appointments are not eligible for refunds.

• Digital products are non-refundable once delivered or downloaded.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
8. Results Disclaimer

Healing and personal growth are deeply individual experiences.

While every session is offered with professional care, intention, and integrity, individual outcomes vary.

The Cosmic Return does not guarantee specific emotional, spiritual, financial, relational, medical, or personal outcomes.

9. Client Responsibility

Clients remain solely responsible for:

• Their decisions

• Their actions

• Their physical and emotional well-being

• Seeking appropriate licensed medical, mental health, legal, or financial professionals when needed

Participation in services is entirely voluntary.

10. Confidentiality

Information shared during sessions is treated respectfully and confidentially to the extent permitted by law.

Confidentiality may be limited where disclosure is legally required or necessary to help prevent imminent harm to yourself or others.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

• Written materials

• PDFs

• Workbooks

• Session frameworks

• Voice recordings

• Logos

• Graphics

• Branding

• Course materials

• Digital downloads

is the intellectual property of The Cosmic Return unless otherwise noted.

No material may be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

12. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use this website for unlawful purposes.

• Attempt to interfere with website functionality or security.

• Misrepresent your identity.

• Copy or reproduce website content without permission.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Cosmic Return and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of the website or services.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it is limited to the amount paid for the applicable service.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the services provided shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Arizona, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

15. Changes to These Terms

The Cosmic Return reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

The most current version will always be available on this website with the updated effective date.

16. Right to Refuse or Terminate Services
The Cosmic Return reserves the right to decline or discontinue services at its discretion when a client's behavior is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, repeatedly violates these Terms, or falls outside the scope of services offered. If services are terminated after payment, any refund will be determined based on the circumstances and applicable law.
