Cancellation Policy
Scheduling: Sessions are intended to be scheduled once per week. If you need to reschedule, at least 24 hours' notice is required. Missed Sessions: Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notice will be considered forfeited and cannot be refunded or rescheduled. Payments: Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless an approved payment plan has been arranged. Refund Policy: Because your coaching package reserves dedicated time and ongoing support, all package purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Between-Session Support: Packages include WhatsApp support between scheduled sessions during business hours. This support is intended for guidance, accountability, and questions related to your coaching journey and is not designed for emergency or crisis support. Results Disclaimer: Every individual's healing journey is unique. While many clients experience meaningful breakthroughs and personal growth, no specific results or outcomes can be guaranteed. Your progress depends on many factors, including your commitment, participation, and willingness to implement what is discussed during coaching.
